Attachment theory is important in the therapy world. A secure base camp helps us climb up the mountain. Jesus had secure attachments to family, village, synagogue that were disrupted in his adult years. He had to forge new secure attachments. And he leaned into the Jewish mystical tradition, an attachment bond spirituality that functioned as his secret super-power.
