Theology matters, since it affects how we feel about ourselves and treat others. And Christianity has a longstanding problem with some bad-theology that makes us look down on Judaism. Temple sacrifice, for example has a bad rap—in fact, it’s not preoccupied with sin at all, or calming an angry God. It creates a very different psychology than some ill-informed Christian approaches.
